• Consultation

  FREE
  I offer a free no-obligation meeting where we can discuss what support you would like and how I can assist. This is a crucial time as chemistry is very important, and meeting will see if we have the right connection to make for a lovely relationship.

• Birth Doula Services

  I charge a set fee of £1200 for birth services, inclusive of travel (excluding any parking charges). This can be paid in installments.

• Postnatal Doula Services

  I use the below fee structure for postnatal services.

  • £30 per hour, or

  • £540 for a set booking of 20 hours (to be taken within a six-week period)

  • £25 an hour for night services (£30 for twins).
    

  I generally work a minimum of three hours at a time. It is up to you how many days you would like me each week. We can gradually decrease the days over time once you become more confident, but only if you are ready. You can rest assured that I will always be on the end of the phone.

• 3 Step Rewind Programme (virtual or in person)

  This is a 3 step process to reduce the symptoms of trauma.

  One of our most primitive survival techniques is the fight, flight or freeze response. When these emotions are triggered from a traumatic event, these exhausting feelings of helplessness and fear can re-surface and trigger the emotional trauma once again.

  Afterwards, anytime you replay the event in your head it can activate these negative emotions and even though your brain will try to reassure you that everything is ok and there is no longer any real danger. It cannot override the stress signals that we are experiencing, so we relive these feelings over and over again.

  • Cost of programme - £150

All of the above fees are inclusive of travel (but exclude any parking charges).
